You're greeted at the door pleasantly and then seated. Drink orders are gotten immediately. They bring separate salsa bowls for each person, it seems when we went both times. Order is taken quickly unless more time is needed. Short wait on food. Service is great with a smile. Clean and friendly. Atmosphere is amazing with the lighting and music loud enough to hear but don't have to yell over to have a conversation.
Ok, we just moved here to Auburn Kentucky from Oregon and was looking for a New Mexican food restaurant. We was in Walmart shopping so I googled Mexican food and El Rancho Grande was right across the street we had our little dog and they welcomed us to sit inside everyone was so friendly, we had two fajita lunch specials and I had a corona. When our meal arrived sizzling hot I was amazed of the generous portions of our meals and really wasn’t expecting a lunch special of that proportions and to top it off it was perfect and delicious. We highly recommend if you are in the area to give El Rancho Grande your business, you definitely won’t be disappointed. They are now our favorite Mexican food restaurantand dog friendly

The servers are the best. I've had three different servers and all three do a fantastic job.
My daughter and I love Mexican food, so we had to give it a try. Service was prompt, chips, salsa, and drinks. The meals came out a reasonable time after that. The food was really good, served hot, and delicious. You get generous portions for the price. We will definitely be going back.
Love this place. Most of the time I get take out from here. It's most excellent. This time ate in. Service was good - not exceptional. Food was excellent as usual! Atmosphere is ok. Not much of a sports fan, so having 3 different tv's in range of my both & all on different channels. Distracting not enhancing. I do highly recommend the food here! And if you are a sports fan - even better!
Mexican food is always a go to in our family and this was a new restaurant to the area and they didn’t disappoint. 10/10 recommend the average meal is around 10-15 a person not including drinks and of course you can’t get Mexican food ...
